• Awareness - ability to “read the room” and be aware of audience needs

Session Key Objectives

• Guide > Teach - it’s more important to walk through the process… and not teach
• Complete Life Plan - successfully getting attendees to start life plan (even if incomplete)
• Step into Small Group - advocating and guiding people into a small group
• Start the Process - set attendees up for stepping into the Unleashed process
• Build Excitement - send attendees off excited for what’s next

Effective Pass Off to Small Groups

• Advocate - make sure to push people into small groups and advocate for a sign up
• Content Preparation - make sure small group leaders review content ahead of time

• Coach > Teach - small group leaders are walking through content, NOT teaching Unleashed
• Push to Serving - encourage them to help connect the dots for their group members to find ways to serve
• Continued Push to Life Plan - keep encouraging group members to enter their life plan - CRITICAL FOR SE INFO
